Return Policy

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every bottle that leaves our facility is guaranteed to be pristine and untouched.

Try Before You Commit

Scent is personal and subjective. We highly recommend starting with our Discovery Parfum so you can experience the fragrance on your skin and ensure you love it before purchasing a full-sized bottle.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@layermor.com so we can make it right.

Refunds

For authorized returns, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. If your refund hasn't appeared after 15 business days, please contact us.

Shipping

All orders ship via USPS Ground from Philadelphia. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Due to federal safety regulations regarding fine fragrance, all perfumes must ship via Ground and cannot be expedited. We currently ship only within the United States.
