How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. All orders over $100 ship free.
What is your return policy?
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every bottle that leaves our facility is carefully inspected and guaranteed to be pristine and untouched. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email info@layermor.com and our team will make it right.

Can I return a sample?
Samples can’t be returned, but every sample purchase includes a credit you can use on your first full-size fragrance.
What if I don't like th scent?
We get it — scent is personal. That’s why we offer a Discovery Parfum (deluxe mini) for you to try before committing to a full bottle.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship across the U.S.
How long will shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. Because fragrances are classified as hazmat, carriers sometimes impose additional checks or restrictions that may cause delays outside of our control.

How do I apply my sample credit?
